Ian Hummer has won the StatSheet Ivy League Player of the Week award for the week ending March 4th. StatSheet's Ivy League Freshman of the Week goes to Pennsylvania's Tony Hicks. And last but certainly not least, Harvard's Steve Moundou-Missi has received StatSheet's Ivy League 6th Man of the Week.

Hummer was the Ivy League leader in rebounding (10.0 per game) and free throws (7.0 per game). He also registered 50% shooting and 18 points per game. The Princeton senior put these numbers up in wins versus Harvard and Dartmouth.

Hummer led all scoring and rebounding for the Tigers with 23 points and 14 rebounds in a close 58-53 win over Harvard. He followed that up with 13 points and 6 rebounds in a narrow 68-63 victory over Dartmouth.

This is a familiar honor for Ian Hummer, who has been selected StatSheet Ivy League Player of the Week four times. He has also come in second once and received multiple honorable mentions. The runner-up this week is our own T.J. Bray. Honorable mention goes to our own Will Barrett.

StatSheet Ivy League Freshman of the Week: Pennsylvania's Tony Hicks

Tony Hicks averaged 34 minutes as a starter for Pennsylvania. He led all Ivy League freshmen in both scoring (23.5 pts per game) and free throws (5.0 per game). In a 69-64 loss to Dartmouth, Hicks led all scoring and rebounding for the Quakers with 23 and 3 respectively. Against Harvard, in a thin 75-72 win, he led scoring with 24 points plus 5 assists.

This is a new honor for Tony Hicks, the first time he has won StatSheet Ivy League Freshman of the Week. Cedric Kuakumensah from Brown gets runner-up. Honorable mention goes to our own Hans Brase.

StatSheet Ivy League 6th Man of the Week: Harvard's Steve Moundou-Missi

Sophomore Steve Moundou-Missi, a 6-7 reserve forward, averaged 24 minutes over two games for the Crimson. In a 58-53 loss to Princeton, Moundou-Missi led the scoring for the Crimson with 15 points and also led rebounding with 8. During a 75-72 loss to Pennsylvania, he racked up 10 points on 66% shooting.
